Build Excellence undertook the design and build of a new 12,000ft2 extension to the existing Technology block that will now accommodate 170 more pupils. This project was completed in less than 10 months.
To prepare this location for building, extensive ground modelling was required. Advanced works also included service diversions and changes to the escape routes to keep the existing school operational.

The surface water is disposed of externally via a SUDS soak away system, and the environmental impact of these works has been reduced by adding diverse, native landscape planting.
